Our Barre classes are a combination of pilates, movements used in ballet, and yoga to provide a low-impact workout that improves strength, flexibility, balance, all while toning the entire body. You will use body weight, light weights, ball, and bands that will include high reps with functional movements. You will have a great workout that will leave you shaking in all the best ways and glistening with sweat!

TRX is suspension training workout that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability all in one workout. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that uses gravity and your body weight to complete all of the exercises.
