Barre

Our Barre classes are a combination of pilates, movements used in ballet, and yoga to provide a low-impact workout that  improves strength, flexibility, balance, all while toning the entire body. You will use body weight, light weights, ball, and bands that will include high reps with functional movements. You will have a great workout that will leave you shaking in all the best ways and glistening with sweat!

Mat Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and move with intention. Our Mat Pilates classes focus on controlled movements and mindful breathing to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, each class offers modifications to suit your level and goals. No fancy equipment needed—just you, your mat, and your focus.

TRX

TRX is suspension training workout that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability all in one workout. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that uses gravity and your body weight to complete all of the exercises. This will have your whole body working our while working on your balance and strengthening that core. Come give it a try and find out why we all fall in love with it.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. A class where you will calm your mind, feel alive and revived.  Unite your breath with your body while offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of  yoga practitioners.
